By placing an order with us, you agree to all the following terms. all items are curated surprise products, and item selection varies between orders. due to the surprise nature of lucky scoops and gacha-style items, all sales are final once an order has been processed or shipped and are non-refundable and non-returnable. we are unable to guarantee specific items unless explicitly stated. any preferences shared will be considered but are not guaranteed.
Shipping times and fees may vary based on destination, parcel size, and courier conditions. estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline only and do not account for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen transit issues. such delays are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.
All orders are shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid). this means that any customs duties, taxes, courier handling fees, or partial payments required by the destination country or courier are the responsibility of the recipient. if a customer refuses to pay the required charges, misses delivery attempts, or the parcel is returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the courier or customs authority, the order will be considered fulfilled. in such cases: shipping fees are non-refundable, the cost of goods is non-refundable, return shipping fees (if charged) are not covered, and no replacements or reshipments will be issued. by placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable import charges and the risks associated with refusing delivery.
once parcels are handed over to the courier, they are under the carrier's responsibility. we're unfortunately unable to provide refunds or reimbursements for loss, theft, damage or delays that occur during transit.
